Role overview
You will be responsible for providing phone-based support to our clients and users, offering assistance and training, and coordinating with the development team to deliver the most appropriate solutions.
Your responsibilities
Providing phone support to our clients and users.
Diagnosing issues and preparing possible solutions in collaboration with the development team.
Validating solutions with the technical team.
Training new users.
Monitoring incidents and identifying potential improvements in our software.
Delivering demos of new programs and preparing support documentation.
Maintaining existing installations and carrying out new ones.
What we are looking for
Experience providing phone support for management software such as ERP, billing, accounting, payroll, etc.
Strong communication skills with end users and the ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Experience with business management software will be considered a plus.

Your responsibilities
Collaborating with the development team on different projects.
Receiving continuous training across various programming environments.
Working as part of a team.
Actively participating in the development of projects.

Working with Agile / Scrum methodology.
Creating the necessary documentation (user manuals, reports, etc.).

Your responsibilities
Identifying client needs and defining tailored solutions and proposals.
Providing technical and consultative sales of our software solutions at both national and international levels.
Managing existing clients and developing new business opportunities in Andorra.
Prospecting activities, client visits, negotiations, proposal preparation, and contract closing.
Preparing and delivering product demos and sales presentations.
